DSV (De Sammensluttede Vognmand) A/S was founded in 1976 by ten independent carriers. DSV’s shares have a high rating on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange and are included into OMXC20, the index of the 20 most actively traded shares.

Vision

We intend to become a leader as a 3PL provider at the Kaliningrad market of transportation and logistic services, controlling no less than 20% of the market.

We aim at offering the comprehensive client service and undertake for full care of their logistics, offering the optimal delivery option in respect of the cost and reliability. In this regard we are able to use both our own assets, including the best experience of global logistic operator DSV, and sub-contractors’ resources as represented by carriers, forwarders and warehouse operators.

We believe a warehouse to be the central link of any complex logistic project. Therefore, we have built our own A Class transportation and logistic terminal in Kaliningrad and continue improvement thereof.

We recognize that successful development of our company is possible only subject to continuous improvement of the level of personnel competence in the field of supply chain management, effective communication, as well as the successful introduction and application of the advanced information technology in the organization of cargo transportation. Cargo Customs Registration Department starts working with their own brokerage license.

Logistic complex was brought into service in Kaliningrad.

DFDS Transport LLC and RusTransServise LLC were affiliated to DSV Transport LLC.

2007

DSV becomes an official name of the transnational holding company.

DSV Transport LLC was established in order to organize construction of its own logistic terminal.
